會長致辭
香港軟件行業協會自2002年成立以來，一直作為中港兩地軟件企業的溝通橋樑，致力於加強兩地軟件企業及從業人員的融合。
七年來，在兩地政府及中國軟件行業協會支持下，我們成功為不少企業進入大陸市場提供支持，同時亦舉辦過多次研討會、企業配對會及內地訪問團，取得一定的成績。
隨着國內市場的高速增長，中港兩地企業的聯動已是大勢所趨，往後我們會更積極地發揮內地與香港兩地產業合作的橋樑作用，繼續為會員尋找合作商機及提供支援服務，希望各軟件界的朋友會一直支持我們的工作！

HK permanent residents who are working in software industry. Members will have the voting rights and/or the rights of being nominated as council members.
於香港從事資訊科技及軟件行業或有關之香港永久居民。可享有投票及被選權。

Individuals who are interested in software business but not qualified as an individual member.

Youth Member 青少年會員﹕
All full time students interested and consent to the objectives of HMSICA will be eligible to be admitted as Youth Member subject to approval by the Board of Council Members.
所有全職學生有興趣加入本會並同意本會的目標﹐經過理事會通過後可加入為青少年會員。
